Are refurbished tanks reliable?

Depending on what substance you will be storing in the tank and how the tank will be used (i.e., storage or transport), depends on the level of refurbishment required. Each repurposed tank will have to meet very specific legal requirements before it is allowed to be used again, again depending on the previous condition of the tank and what it will be used for in the future. That said, all serviced tanks must be compliant with laws and regulations before they can be passed on.
